The thing is, I'm fully aware that you don't care and it doesn't bother me, because conference tournament play starts today and if I don't write something about it then this erection is never going to go away.
The Big South, the Ohio Valley, and the Horizon League all kick off their postseason parties today with opening round action. Winthrop is the obvious favorite in the Big South, while the Ohio Valley is pretty wide open, and Wright St. vs. Butler in the finals (the H.L. intelligently automatically awards their top two seeds a free pass to the semifinals) of the Horizon has the potential to be the best mid-major championship game of them all.
