One of the best things about Cincinnati's win over Rutgers on Saturday is that we no longer have to worry about our BCS ranking. West Virginia beats Rutgers, we win out, we go to the BCS, it's as simple as that.
So we're not even upset that Wisconsin jumped us in the BCS standings after beating Buffalo, or that the coaches still have us ranked behind two-loss Texas and LSU, and four spots behind one-loss West Virginia whom we beat by 10. If anything we wish the Mountaineers were further ahead of us so that their chances of gaining an at-large birth in the BCS would be enhanced.
