- UofL has reportedly offered Jabarie Hinds, a 6-foot, 160-pound point guard out of Mount Vernon (NY) from the Class of 2010.
-Louisville coach Rick Pitino has offered Ralph Willard the assistant coaching position left vacant from Richard Pitino's departure to Florida. Willard attended high school with Pitino and served under him at the University of Kentucky and the New York Knicks. Willard is currently the head coach at Holy Cross.
-Former King of the Bluegrass MVP and UofL target Noel Johnson, who recently de-committed from USC because of NCAA investigations into both the basketball and football programs, has reportedly visited Charlotte and will visit UNLV.
-Former UofL recruit Jeremy Tyler, who has said that he will skip his senior year of high school to play professionally for two years overseas, will work out later this week in L.A. for the Maccabi Haifa Heat of the Israeli pro league.
