Time set for Louisville/Kentucky football game

This year's "Battle for the Governor's Cup" between Louisville and Kentucky will take place on Sunday, Aug. 31 at 3:30 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPN.

Filling the Labor Day evening time slot that both U of L and ESPN favored, but which UK opposed will be Tennessee and UCLA.

Well, at least this makes for solid tailgating.

So Barnhardt threw a fit and got his way, uh? What a tool. At least they have that extra 24 hrs they need to prepare for that juggernaut that is Norfolk State...they'll need it to even their record to 1-1.

I emailed TJ.....

to congratulate him on the AD Award...blah, blah, blah. I also told him we are so disappointed to see that UK got their way - AGAIN. I told him as far as our family is concerned, we'd like him to drop UK from our schedule. I am so tired of them acting like they are a football power....Brooks thinks he Knute Rockney.....Norfolk state? I checked out their website and found out they are 1AA (you all probably knew that; I SHOULD have known that). I hope we beat UK by 40 points..as I've always said when it comes to that game....NEVER, no NEVER TAKE A KNEE !!!!!!!!!!

Yeah,

that works too. It's just that I get so sick of listening to them brag about their 2 lousy bowl games - I really took a lot of crap off of them because we missed bowling last year. Guess I need to just ignore them but after 20-30 years, you get sick and tired of listening to that. If we don't beat them badly I will have to crawl in a hole.....I'm not sure about Coach K yet - oh well, we'll see.

Krags is the man for the job. He needs some time to get his players in the system and get past this shit storm that was Bobby Petrino (not hating on Bobby, he just had some shit going on behind the scenes that didn't come to fruition til he was gone).
