The Louisville baseball team has made a habit of winning games in dramatic, come-from-behind fashion this season, but they may have saved their most spectacular effort for the rubber match of the season's most important series to date.
The Cards erased a 5-0 deficit in three innings to top Florida State 6-5 and remain undefeated in ACC series this season, as well as clinch the No. 1 seed in the conference tournament. Nick Solak tied the game with a 3-run jack in the home half of the 7th, and Will Smith put the Cards ahead with a solo shot one inning later.

It doesn't get much better than that when you're talking about the ending to a weekend that featured record crowds and the firs top 10 series in the history of Jim Patterson Stadium.
If you're bummed that you missed out on all the fun, there's a shot at redemption right around the corner. Louisville, which is now likely in the driver's seat for a national seed, hosts arch-rival and defending national champion Vanderbilt in the annual "Battle of the Barrel" game Tuesday night at 6.
Again, there has never been a better time to hop on the Louisville baseball bandwagon.
