Anybody remember this private jet? N661MS is the plane that flew to Indiana and supposedly carried the Texas committee when they visited to interview head coach Charlie Strong. January 2nd, that same plane flew from Austin to Scottsdale, Az. Seems like Baylor played near there yesterday. Plane is still on the ground in Scottsdale, so maybe someone is interviewing Ken Whisenhunt for the Dallas Cowboys.
I was just curious about this plane, since it may hold some key to the Texas coaching vacancy, so I kept it for reference. There is a website where one can track any plane as long as you know the tail numbers. Since it is not a University of Texas plane, it could be going about it's normal business, but I doubt it now. Too many coincidences.
I hired a plane once, a Cessna 180, to fly my wife and I from Cozumel to Chichen Itza. Even though he had to wait 6 hours for us to complete our tour, the pilot waited on the ground. I figure this plane still being in Az is similar. No sense in trying to take another contract if this one could need to go someplace else soon.
