CL Brown previews UofL-UConn; Bozich on Pitino

Interesting angle, but I think it's safe to say that it's way too early to say that anyone is chasing anyone right now. Pretty sure Mick Cronin would agree with that too.

Also, in reading Rick Bozich's wdrb.com column the other day about Pitino making lineup changes, it was good to see that Pitino commented that 30% of the fouls called against Blackshear this year have been 'bogus'. I do think Wayne is often going to have 3-4 fouls/game, because he is being asked to play down low quite a bit, and he is often the help defender. But a big chunk of the calls have been flat out wrong.

I think we can all agree it was fun last night watching Fat Wayne do his thing. Having him come off the bench was a great move. It keeps him from that early foul trouble, which really hurt us against UK and Memphis State. And with Luke's shot back, we can definitely afford to start him instead of Blackshear for the time being. The guy has been through a lot with his shoulder injuries, and we've only seen flashes of what he can do. If he can become a consistent, attacking player, the sky is the limit for his basketball future and for this team.
