A couple hours early, but I'm traveling the next couple days. If I miss a day I'll catch up this weekend.
#24 Finesse Middleton
Position: Defensive Tackle
Hometown: Gadsden, Ala
Thoughts: Finesse is a name that you will know well before he leaves this program. I would say a "Household name" but there's always that one person in the house who throws off the clean sweep. Grandma Maggy never knows anybody. "You heard of Finesse Middleton Maggy?" Of course not. Go back to stitching that afghan grandma, and for pete's sake can we turn on the AC! I'm melting over here. Sorry, moving on...
Is Finesse going to make a massive impact this season? I'm not sure, but I think he has the skills and talent to become a mainstay on the defensive line. Middleton chose the Cards over Ole Miss ( I guess he prefers CCBMs over ties and pastel sweater vests on gameday) and actually enrolled in the Spring. He's listed at tackle but has seen reps at defensive end as well during the spring. Finesse wasn't listed on the most recent depth chart which makes me wonder if a redshirt is in his future. Money Marc and Lozo have the ends locked up this year but Finesse could find an opportunity in the middle if the situation arises via poor play or injury. Look for Middleton to become a starter in the next few years and continue to develop into a hell of a player.
Im finna start wearing cowboy boots— ¡I AM RØYALTY! (@Finesse58) May 22, 2013
As I get ready to travel out of state I'm sure to meet some new people and I always feel like they're disappointed when I tell them I'm from Kentucky. "Where are your boots? Where is your cowboy hat?"
I have no problem if that happens to be your everyday attire but I've only had cowboy boots on my feet once my entire life and I'm 30 years old. Just aint my style. Although, I do hear dressing like a cowboy can make you look like a badass. Maybe I'll give it a shot. (***google searching badass cowboy***)
Ummm. I'll pass.
