#19 Jerry Arlinghaus
Class: RS Sophomore
Hometown: Covington, Ky
Thoughts: Mr. Arlinghaus hasn't had a chance to get to many reps in at quarterback because some ball hog named Teddy likes to stay on the field and win games. Although, I'm sure Jerry isn't to upset about it. Arlinghaus comes to the program from Covington, KY and helped fill in the depth chart at QB for a couple seasons. With Gardner and Nelson now at the position I'm not sure how Jerry will line up this year and I wouldn't be surprised to see his 6-4, 213lb frame get some reps in at another position.
It's always the old people in my classes that are attempting to make witty comments. They are never funny though— Jerry Arlinghaus (@jdimes19) July 19, 2013
I found this hilarious because I saw the same thing back when I was in college. You always had that 40-45 year old guy sitting in the front row who would crack a joke and then turn around with the "am I right guys?" look on his face. Congrats on going back to school....but lets keep the cornball jokes tucked in your sweater vest.
"Chlorophyll....? More like Bore- ophyll..! Am I right guys?!"
#19 Terell Floyd
Hometown: Fort Pierce, Fla
Thoughts: Floyd is everywhere, especially when you need him. Overtime against Cincinnati...interception Floyd. Rutgers trying to move on a game winning drive....interception Floyd. First play for the Gators in the Sugar Bowl...interception Floyd. He seals the victory in pretty spectacular fashion. Floyd turned into a great corner last year as the season developed, appearing in all 13 games and finishing with 34 tackles, 3 interceptions, 2 sacks and fumble recovery. Terell will start on the corner this year and I'm looking for him to have a great season. There were some questions about his footwork before last year and the angles he took on various routes. As the season progressed Floyd appeared to be "getting it" and was making plays when it mattered. I'm looking forward to see what Terell has up his sleeve this year. Of course it he happens to stink it up...blame it on the rain. (Come on, dude looks exactly like Milli and/or Vanilli)
Sweet Tweet: Terell has his twitter profile locked down.....just like he lock downs wideouts. I tried to run a slant and go. Locked down. I tried to run a post pattern. Locked Down. I tried to run a curl route. Locked down. I tried to run a out pattern...I was finally open, I got my hand and the ball and then....
