Impact of Louisville on the ACC

No secret - ACC fans are excited about UL joining the league in 2014 (can it just GET HERE already?), as I'm sure most Cardinal fans are as well. What impact do we expect the Cards to have on the ACC? I wrote a pair of articles on my ACCFootballRx blog this week which I'd like to share with y'all.

1. Louisville vs. Maryland - yeah, the ACC lost a lot when it lost the Terrapins. After all, they were a founding member of the conference, and located right in the heart of ACC territory! Still, there are plenty of reasons to feel good about their replacement, Louisville, which I outline in the article - including football, basketball, and baseball.

2. Influence on Indiana - the Big Ten stabbed at the heart of the ACC when it took Maryland. Now it's the ACC's turn to strike at the heart of the Big Ten by taking the combination of Notre Dame and Louisville - basically surrounding the B1G's most basketball-oriented state, Indiana.

I hope you guys like these 2 articles (there seems to be no shortage of love for UL these days!). Keep up the good work, and we'll see you officially in 382 days!
