Somehow in doing a little conference expansion research (not even on louisville, actually), an article popped up. It just seemed like such a short time ago that this was going on. The idea of joining the Big East seemed so amazing. Hell, even by 2006-7, it actually seemed like everything was as good as ever on the football side. Conference USA --> Big East --> ACC... May we not rest until we reach the Big Ten or SEC and Charlie Strong drinks the blood of every man, woman and child in our path.
