UofL Football Strength and Conditioning

For those of you who love football and can't wait until spring practice starts, here is a video of UofL football's strength and conditioning program. Warning: the video embed below has been known to excite individuals to the point of trying to run through brick walls.

Also, keep in mind that the first three spring practices on March 20, March 22 and March 23 will be free and open to the public. The practices on Wednesday, March 20th and Friday, March 22nd will begin at 3:45 p.m. at the Howard Schnellenberger Football Complex. The time for the practice on the Saturday, March 23rd has not yet been determined.
