Junior running back Senorise Perry was the breakout star of the first 3/4 of Louisville's 2012 football season, rushing for a team-best 703 yards and a Big East-leading 11 touchdowns. Perry, who had played mostly on special teams before the season, was also averaging a sparkling 5.2 yards per carry.
All those good vibrations came to an end on the second Saturday of November when Perry tore his ACL during U of L's disastrous loss at Syracuse.
Little had been heard from the man who only makes big plays until Tuesday evening.
Uh Ohhh Guess Who's Back Running Again #CardNation !!! 😏 #Grinding

That's terrific news for a Louisville team that does have Corvin Lamb returning, Dominique Brown coming back from injury and Brandon Radcliff entering the fold, but which needs its most proven commodity at the running back position.
