Football team at Skyzone
So, I walk into Skyzone in the Blankenbaker Industrial park and immediately I see about 20-30 UofL football players. Upon closer inspection I see Honey Mustard, Preston and Dom Brown, The prez Andrew Johnson, G Smooth Durant. DeVante. Jarrett Davis, etc etc. First thing I think is, uh oh, I'm about get mauled in dodgeball. If you've never been to/heard of Skyzone, it's an indoor trampoline center with dodgeball arenas, 15 foot basketball goals, foam pit, trampolines everywhere. Luckily for me, they were in a private dodgeball game. But seeing them in their pelting each other with balls, then dunking, throwing alley-oops, horsing around, it made me very happy. This team sticks together even in the off-season, has fun w each other, has each other's backs and are great kids. I can't wait til the Spring game now. Go Cards!
