Well, it's another blockbuster weekend in the American Athletic, with multiple top 25 teams and 3 unbeaten-in-conference-play teams in action. None of that is false.

Game of the century of the week: Houston @ Rutgers. The reasons are clear. The Cougars are on the prowl and looking to challenge UCF for top of the table. That starts at 12pm Saturday in Piscataway (or is it New Brunswick?). The winner of this game becomes Louisville's best friend, as they will be the best-positioned to finish the conference slate with only one loss and that dream-like 3-way tie.
Keep tuned in: UofL @ USF. With only one win ever in the Bull Pen (nobody calls it that), the Cards will be looking to get healthy against a team that is as quirky as it is boring. They've won back to back weeks without an offensive touchdown. Yep. This should be fun. These are no longer your September 2013 Bulls. And with a solid coach like Willie Taggart, we couldn't have expected the bad losses to continue as they were. This will be a challenge. Our Cards have to be careful not to let UCF beat them two weeks in a row.
Best game of the week to avoid: Temple @ SMU. I think this game speaks for itself. I just wish we could get an NBA on NBC type tease from Costas for this one: "Aaron McKie! Eric Dickerson! The Owls and the Mustangs next! on NBC."
Rutgers over Houston by 3
UCF over UCon (intentionally only one n) by relatively a lot, because everyone knows UCon can muck it up with the best of them
Cards over Bulls by 10
SMU over Temple by 17
