When we were at the peak Petrino years, were we not better than now? Yes, Teddy may be a touch better than Brian, but not much in college. Petrino avg'd over 50 pts/game. And we were beating teams featuring Pat White and Steve Slaton--probably still the greatest regular season game in U of L history.
We did great in the Sugar Bowl last year, but were exposed earlier last year with losses.
I personally never liked Petrino, but he was (is) a genius of sorts.
