Anyone who saw Terry Rozier play (or saw the highlights) at the Louisville HoopFest over the weekend knew they were watching one of the 15 best players in the class of 2013. Now they have validation.
Rozier rose a ridiculous 68 spots - the same number of points he scored Saturday night at Iroquois High School - from No. 83 to No. 15 in the latest Scout top 100. If that ranking were to hold, Rozier would be the fifth highest-rated recruit during the Rick Pitino era at Louisville.
Kid can play.
