The first bad weekend in recent memory for Louisville sports came to a close on Sunday night when four-star defensive tackle Derrick Calloway announced that he was switching his commitment from U of L to South Florida.

Calloway committed to Louisville back on Dec. 30 during the Offense-Defense All-American Bowl in Houston. He is rated as the 18th best defensive tackle in the country by Rivals.com, and held offers from USC, Miami, Ohio State and Florida, among others. Missouri, Texas Tech and South Florida were also reportdly among his front-runners.

I was happy for you when you got this job, but take it easy, Willie Taggart.
