Over here we're super-pissed. But we'll get over it.

The Cards have - time and time again - shat on Syracuse's parade. And the cows have come home to roost.

This is a classic take the good with the bad. We've wallowed in success against the Orange for what seems like a generation. Syracuse, the one great team we seemed to have pinned to the floor. Well, you can't pin the Cuse to the floor forever. After a career of cardinal-borne shock and awe Brandon Triche has so much hate in his heart for the cards that NASA can't find all of it. When we've been borderline good and they'd been championship grade we've taken it to them. Now they are gunning for us.

I hate losing to them, I have WAY too many Orange fans on my social media feed. But they are consistently as well-coached and talented a program as exists in the NCAA. And they seemed to care more than we did.

Fuck it. From every BE game I've watched this season we are going to beside ourselves with self-fellation if this is the only game we lose in the BE. Time to buckle in for the real season.

This hopefully helps get things refocused toward the ultimate goal. Hopefully.
