The tight end is a position in football that is often times under appreciated. UofL has a history of producing solid tight ends, and they often become a major component in the offense (Cameron Graham most recently). This year is to be no different with Nate Nord stepping into the starting TE spot. Nord started several games last year, capping off the season with a diving touch down grab in the end zone during the Belk Bowl (pictured in the wallpaper).
I want to say thank you to Huntley Paton for allowing me to use the picture he took. Huntley is a sports photographer from North Carolina and his work is awesome. This is one of the best UofL football pictures I've been able to find, and I'm glad he agreed to let me use it. Take a second and look at the rest of his work (here), the quality is hard to find in sports photography.
