The annual Big East preseason media poll was released at the beginning of the league's Media Day on Tuesday, and as expected Louisville is the pick to win the conference.

What wasn't expected, however, was the fact that the Cards were a near-unanimous choice, garnering 24 of the possible 28 first-place votes.
