The Orange Bowl, which will more than likely be the destination of the Big East champion, will be played in Miami on New Year's Day at 8:30 p.m.

The Beef Bowl was fantastic for jokes, and Charlotte was a great late-December destination, but let's be real here: we're all going to be at least slightly disappointed if we're planning trips to anywhere other than Miami (or Tempe, etc.). You would be able to sell me on a Liberty Bowl showdown with a quality SEC opponent...if it weren't in Memphis.
