Charlie Strong didn't take much time between landing his sixth and seventh commitments for the class of 2013, in fact he took less than an hour.
Pensacola (FL) Pine Forest offensive lineman Shamar Johnson (6-6, 280-pounds) joined fellow Floridian Terrence Ross in committing to Louisville on the second day of May when he pledged his allegiance to the Cards Wednesday night.
Johnson is a three-star prospect who was recently listed as one of the 2013 class' best offensive linemen by Rivals.com. He was also drawing interest from Alabama and Florida State.
Johnson is also a standout on the basketball court, and spent some time in Louisville last summer while playing in the Kentucky HoopFest.

He is a large young man. Charlie Strong and his coaching staff are good at recruiting. The previous two lines both represent factual statements.
On board, out of the way: choose one.
