Tom Jurich took to the podium Friday afternoon at the U of L Sports Administration Speaker Summit and, among other things, delivered this money statement when the topic of Charlie Strong being pursued by other schools was brought up: "Money is no object. I will keep him here."

Well, my weekend's already made.

Earlier in the day, Jurich appeared on WHAS-11's Great Day Live program and talked about Strong, Louisville's run to the Final Four, Bobby Petrino and the likelihood of U of L leaving the Big East.

I love that man. I love him wholly and unequivocally.
