Class of 2013 target Jabari Parker has been named the Gatorade National Boys' Basketball Player of the Year. That is a huge honor in itself, but when you consider he is just a junior in high school this honor is pretty amazing. Parker is being recruited by basically all D-1 schools in the nation. I know UofL has been working on him for a while now...hopefully CRP can nab this guy.

FYI--only 3 other juniors have ever won this award:

LeBron James, Greg Oden and Brandon Knight

(all 3 of them also won the award as a senior)
