I was trying to figure out what the all decade cards team would be, so limiting it to the last 10 years, I came up with a first and second team by position. This is just my opinion and I'm sure I'm missing people and some positions were manipulated a bit, what should they be?

1st team:

1. Peyton Siva

2. Reece Gaines

3. Francisco Garcia

4. Earl Clark

5. David Padgett

(Going to have nasty passing and will be an incredibly intelligent font to watch team. Earl Clark is the odd ball, but hopefully we can get the ball out of his hands and convince him to go for hustle plays and cuts. Peyton and Padgett passing around and Garcia and Gaines lighting it up. Awesome team).

2nd team:

1. Edgar Sosa

2. Taquan Dean

3. Terrence Williams

4. Samardo Samuels

5. Gorgui Dieng

(Not sure what you're getting every night with this team but it is super talented. It is pretty big inside with Samardo and Gorgui. If Sosa looks for passes Dean will get huge numbers and twill will just go crazy).

The toughest omissions were Taquan Dean over Preston and Jerry. I had to go look at averages but Taquan killed it in 05/06 with 17-6-4 averages. And helped us to the final four. Preston is on the 1st team in my heart, but the 2 guard spot is too competitive. Also really wanted Chane to make it, but Samardo is listed at and can play PF and at this point was still better than Chane is, although hopefully that changes. Feels weird with peyton getting the starting PG but we haven't had the strongest PG's and I trust him more than sosa. And yeah Twill was pretty amazing but Garcia is more consistent and has a stronger body of work, also taking a 4 seed to a final four gets it over taking a 1 seed to the elite eight.
