In need of a little out-of-town guidance, will be attending the Pitt game

I'm looking to take my 10 year old son to his first Cards game and my first game at The Bucket, and was wondering if you guys could be so kind as to answer a couple of questions for me. Some background info: we'll be driving down from Cincinnati that morning and driving back after the game. My questions:

What would the best avenue be to obtain tickets? There are tickets on StubHub obviously but I was wondering if I should look any other places as well, say Ticketmaster/Craigslist?. I'd like to stay at/around $50 per seat if possible. (NOTE: I know this should have been done beforehand but I let the date sneak up on me and my life got a little crazy recently. Mea Culpa.)

Is there a preferred way to get to the arena via SB I-71, and where's a good place to park? I plan to get us there around 12:00-1:00, is that a good time frame to shoot for?

What would our best food options be? I'd like for us to grab a bite before the game, but I'm completely unfamiliar with downtown Louisville.

Any other tips/tricks?Is there a color scheme going on for this game? I don't want us to be jackholes in red shirts when everyone else is wearing black or white.

Thanks in advance and if you ever come up the river for a Reds game I'll gladly reciprocate or buy you a beer.
