This is.. saddening.

When I grew up, corded phones were such a stable, permanent part of life that none of us my age had the slightest inkling one day they would evolve to cordless, let alone cellular versions. Inconceivable!
I don’t any issue with any of that change whatsoever. However, for us baby boomers it’s a bit shocking to see it as an ‘oldies’ novelty item.
