I was there....
I was sitting about 10-15 rows up on the end. One of my biggest regrets of my life is NOT rushing the court with most of the other people in that area……

I had just moved from Louisville to New Jersey for work.
Watching the coverage of Freedom Hall come to a close was enough to make me well up before the game. Witnessing the team will itself ahead in the second half tweaked me out. That has to be one of the happiest I’ve been because of a basketball game in a long time.

Will NEVER get old
Just when I thought I had seen this video enough times, I watch it again, and still has the same effect. This game is my favorite UofL game ever, and I’m definitely glad I watched it again…and again…and ag…if Pitino knows about this video, I would be shocked if he doesn’t play this in pre-game locker room sessions. It gets me pumped every time.

It’s like he was color blind, and couldn’t tell the difference between Swop’s red shoes and WVU’s shoes.

I hate to see a relatively new CC member fail like this. All you gotta do is put a ! on either side of the URL, with no spaces between said !'s and the URL. Like so...

It’s kind of an honor, though, because Syracuse is my second favorite Big East team (for both basketball and football) by far. I like that program considerably more than any other in the Big East, and I’m going to really miss them when they float down to the ACC.
