Im not trying to be a poor sport and bask in someone else's misery, but I have to admit that I've been watching as the Tennessee fans react to the Butch Jones hiring. Personally, I thought the writing was on the wall the minute Charlie said no and Jones turned down Colorado. Watching them melt down after we had to suffer through hearing how great that job was last week has been cathartic and I thought I should share. As Louisville Fans we know the pain of a losing football program and suffering through years of bad coaching. However, waking up today with HCCS leading of our great program and one of the few guys Dooley beat at Tennessee now coaching the Vols, I can't help but say Im looking back on the last week with feelings that are more bittersweet than I could have expected.
