Bob Donnan-US PRESSWIRE

The opening line for Saturday's Battle for the Bluegrass is out, and Las Vegas currently has Louisville pegged a 7-point favorite over rival Kentucky.

Assuming the line holds, it will be the first time the Cards have been favored to beat the Cats since their meeting on New Year's Eve 2010. U of L went off as a 1-point favorite in that game, and wound up suffering an embarrassing 78-63 defeat.

Kentucky and is 7-2 straight up and 6-2-1 against the spread in nine meetings with Louisville since 2004. Louisville is 1-3 SU and 0-4 ATS in its last four home games against the Wildcats.
