Louisville Stays Perfect

Andy Lyons

9-0 for the first time in program history. Five touchdown passes for Teddy. Second half shutout. Sunny being Sunny. Pretty solid afternoon of football if you're a Louisville fan.

The first quarter was shaky but the question of whether this team was mature enough to dominate an inferior opponent after an emotional overtime rivalry win was answered. We have a resilient football team, an elite quarterback and the hype and momentum we haven't seen around here since 2006.

I'm not suggesting you should start googling hotels and airfare for Miami. That would be premature. Make sure you also look at New Orleans, too.
