Louisville will be a member of the Big East's Eastern Division during the 2013 and 2014 college football seasons.
According to ESPN's Brett McMurphy, the Big East's presidents will approve a two-division format for the 2013 and 2014 seasons on Tuesday.
The divisions will reportedly be divided into Eastern and Western.
Here's how it's going to shake out:
Eastern Division
Louisville
Cincinnati
Central Florida
Connecticut
Rutgers
South Florida
Western Division
Boise State
Houston
Memphis
San Diego State
SMU
Temple
Each team will play five games against the team in its division, and then three from the other. How the three crossover games will be handled is another thing that is planned to be discussed on Tuesday.
More organizing and strategizing will be needed in 2015, when the league plans to add Navy and a to-be-decided 14th member.
