Good News Coming On Gerod Holliman?
You remember Gerod Holliman, right? OK, well it'd be a lot shorter and easier post if you did, but whatever. No, I'm not blaming you, I'm just stating a fact. Stop crying.
Holliman was the four-star safety out of Miami whom ESPN had as the 47th best overall player in the class of 2011. He and teammate Andrew Johnson both committed to Louisville during last year's U.S. Army All-America Bowl, but Holliman ultimately failed to qualify.
Holliman, who spent this past season playing at the Milford Academy Prep School, has long been saying that his plan was still to enroll at U of L come Jan., 2012. Recently, however, there's been some debate over whether or not that was actually going to happen. According to Johnson, it's on.

That would be very cool.

Great!
If Holliman participates in spring ball (and plays up to his billing) i think the chances are excellent that he will be in the 2-deep depth chart this fall.
Keep ’em coming Charlie!!
Pryor, Floyd, Reve, Smith and Holliman
Is pretty solid for a position that was a major area of concern four months ago.

you must have been out of the loop on him
He’s long gone. He enrolled in some D2 program in New Mexico I believe. exactly same place that, as Gary mentions below, Shenard Holton just left for
Trying not to get super excited, really really trying not to get super excited
Next year is going to be good don’t get me wrong, but this defense and this team is going to be so sick in 2012, I am almost ready to just skip next year all together

Lowndes kids are no joke
Great program there. Would love (and hate it as an FSU fan) if Louisville could get a foot in the door there. Although if Louisville and FSU can work together to keep UGA out :)

Let's just keep the whole damn SEC out
That works for me. How’s that work for you?

he No.3 ranked outside linebacker in the country has....
Florida, Florida State, Louisville and Georgia all in his top four. Thats pretty effin cool.
Yeah
He’d be a dream pick-up, but he’s supposed to be heavily leaning toward UGA. Still, if we get the other 2 we want bad (Dawson and Brown) we are gonna have probably the best defense in the nation in 2013 and 2014.
Could've said the same thing about BJ Butler, and several others.
