Around SBN: NFL Players Ready To Welcome Gay Teammate

NOT SO FAST MY FRIEND!!!

First off despite the very misleading title this has nothing to do with football or Lee Corso.

So its been three games since the team meeting. And now at the 5 game mark where i said we would have to see some changes made so that we could atleastmake the tournament. Well we lost another piece of our team in Buckles. I know a lot of people probably won't agree but i dont think we will miss him that much as far as production is concerned.

Now for the facts. Facts are simple. Russ Smith didnt score 30 and we won. I beleive a big probably the biggest change is going to the smaller line up. As far as from what 've seen right now it seems to be working. I know people are going to post things. I know that they're going to ask are players in the interviews if they think this is the start of the turn around. I know are fans are going to be excited, and they should be. I'm mean we won a game.

But the question is still remains. Is that the answer? Siva Russ Chris Chane and Gorgi Basically subbing Kyle in and out at the four and the three. It pretty much was a six man rotation. Except for giving Ware one minute and price getting a couple minutes. Can we continue to win and put up points with that rotation. i think we did see a variety of weapons today which i think is very important. I don't want to say we're peaking. But i do want it to be known that we looked a lot better than we had. Siva still made some questionable calls and so did russ. But seeing Kyle have confidence in his shot. Seeing and Chane not only own the boards and g blocks but scoring on the block. We showed a lot of balance and i absolutely loved it. So is that the key to us preserving our season?

I want to say this as well. Bullet still isnt my favorite player. I still think he plays very scared, and doesn't really want the ball in his hands. But i will say this about him. I TRUST HIM. To give siva break or to have someone to play when he is in foul trouble Bullet can fill that void i am confident in that. But i truly do believe there is a tremendous upside to this team especially after watching this game tonight. If there is any chance that Ware and Wayne could emerge and actually give us something offensively and defensively we might actually be ok.

And looking at the rest of our schedule and the rosters. Other than Syracuse there isn't a team left on our schedule that is extremely big.SO i think we can still match up pretty well with the rest of the teams in the conference outside of the 7'1 Melo for the orangemen everyone else in the conference is built similar to us so hopefully we can keep the rest of the bodies we do have healthy and hopefully they will play extremely hard. And maybe just maybe come march. We will be an 8 seed that nobody wants to play .

An 8 Seed?!

Forget an 8 seed! Forget that, yo!
Syracuse dropped 6 of 8 last season January into February and played itself into a 3 seed! A better seed than we got last season (a four seed). UConn went 9-9 in the Big East and also got a three seed.
There’s a lot of basketball left to be played. I think this team has the talent and the effort to play itself into a better seed than that. I really do.
Let’s just keep playing ball and executing, Cards. Let the rest take care of itself.

Well we all know

the tournament process isnt exactly fiar. So from year to year temas that are in the same position as another team before them may or may not be dealt with the same way. the goal was for us to get two road wins and win the rest of our home games. Now that may be possible but my predication wasnt based on us reaching our goal, because i dont think that we will. I do think we will steal some wins especially if we play like we played last night however i do think there going to be games that get stolen from us. The rest of our schedule could really go either way. And in terms of Uconn and Cuse might want to look at there schedules and who they lost to. remember unconn started playing their best ball toward the end of the year including winning the big east tournament.

I'm hoping it was the former.
