UK hit 79% from the line in the second half
And hit every single one of their last 15. Didn’t have a FG in the last six minutes. Fuck! We can’t come close to shooting FTs like that.
Is that you, Carolina?

Great day of doing nothing but watching college basketball
Just like Dr. Rutherford described in his post this morning. So many good games. Hope it gets capped off right tonight. GO CARDS. BEAT PITT.

This morning spent about 2 minutes talking about Pitt. Barely mentioned Louisville.

Not necessarily
Because with his mouth running he may not even know we are there.
Yeah, it just dawned on me that we will have Digger AND Vitale for this game

I'm not saying I'm not going to be happy
but if we win with Russ being Russ, Siva, getting 10 assists, 8 turnovers, and 1 pt, Dieng fouling out and Kyle not doing anything, then no, I’m not going to put too much into it. Depaul was proof of that
If shoot 22% and win, I'm happy.

Been saying this for weeks
He played against Western or Gtown post broken-nose… and then disappeared for weeks with no explanation.
3 assists, 0 turnovers in the first half.
And Siva clearly needs more rest with his shot % and turnover rate lately. A fresh Siva + Justice in solid backup minutes should be just the combo we need.

Rick might have to impose extra rules on Russ in practice to make him a better shooter
Make any extremely low percentage shots he takes as turnovers or something
Chane could average a double double
if he rebounded and eventually made all of his shots near the basket
Chane is absolutely the worst shooter from point blank range I have ever seen.

His steady leadership is okay as long as Russ is in there so we have someone who can create shots. Justice-Smith-Kuric-Behanan-Dieng = a lineup with very few open looks in the halfcourt.

Siva spends too much time dribbling
I think it’s part of the fatigue. He takes 5 seconds to “rest” at the start of every offensive possession, just sitting out there dribbling.
Justice crosses half court and passes the ball to start the offense moving.

The shame of it all is,
he actually knows the game. If only he would stay on topic, he is capable of some good insights. But he runs his mouth about everything but the game he’s supposed to be covering. He’d rather tell us how he went out to dinner with the coach of the home team, and how the coach’s wife’s third cousin’s operation went, and what he thinks of the home team’s former football coach.
