Deion Branch Still Showing Love
You've gotta love this second line from Deion Branch's AFC championship game press conference recap.
Once again, he was donning his familiar University of Louisville hoodie -- "I've got to represent my school, man.

It's unreal how many former Cardinals in the NFL continue to pay homage to their alma mater at every chance. It's a special place and a lot of these former players are really special guys.

Wouldnt even be the first to do it on his team
Tom Brady has won it twice. Joe Montana 3 times…a few others. He would be the first non QB to do it.
sorry
Yes I meant reciever, he would be the first?

Except Welker currently has the position Branch did when he won it.
Branch is the 3rd or 4th option on that team. Love the dude, but if the Patriots win the SB, probably be Brady, Gronkowski or Welker winning MVP.

Louisville is football country
Remember when we had a basketball program? I am proud of the talent that we have put into the NFL, and it really says something when you see that they pay homage to UofL.
I wish we could say the same thing about our basketball program during the last decade!
Thank the Lord for HCCS
Really?
How does putting kids in the NBA translate into success in college basketball. Last time I checked we still have a basketball team that is perennially ranked. Our football team hasn’t been ranked in 5 years. Thank the lord for HCRP!

Always great to see the alums give back some love.
It feels so good for the fans to see stuff like this but I have to thing it has to be pretty meaningful for recruits to see it too.
