Well that seems to be the only thing to look forward to out of the dominant sports. Charlie Strong has more than over achieved in his first two years. And Rick has fell off so to speak.

Watching that game wasn't as sicking as the providence game i went to. I was in front of the television for the first 5 minutes of the game going WOOOOW!!! if the team meeting could do this then they should have done that games ago.

But then we all seen our problems come to fruition again. The half court game. The game slowed down and Rick obviously didn't get the memo that our center and our shooting guard that plays power forward were killing the opposition. We completely went away from the block. don't have a clue why. Also don't have a clue why we stayed in zone. That's what all those other bodies are for over there. If there tired run em in and out. give them a quick breather and get to it. They should know there going to have to be "Russlein'" to get these games over into the win column.

Seeing Nunez and Price out there was really encouraging. I think now the really just have to get comfortable playing. That was a problem which could have been solved at the beginning of the year. But that was Rick's bad judgement call. There is definitely a difference between games and practice. So players are probably a tad bit more nervous playing in front of a huge crowd versus who's there for practice. And even more nervous trying not to mess up if you never get in the game. But overall i think that it was encouraging to see them out there. I was really impressed with "The Smiths' Gorgi and Chane i think if we can get games out of them like that every game we will have a good chance of winning every game. An NCAA tournament will depend on weather or not CRP decides to actually adjust to what teams are doing to us and decides to play everyone so we can play our style of ball. I'm starting to notice the same things i noticed when Coach Denny Crum was in his final years. His lack of decision making and not adjusting to what the other teams are trying to do. You have to make adjustments and that never happened in yesterdays game.
