Four-star recruit Nick Dawson is the top-rated linebacker in the state of North Carolina, and one of the most highly sought after players at his position in the country.

Dawson had long been considered a strong Clemson lean until about a month ago when Louisville began to make a big push. He hasn't made a public comment in recent weeks about who leads in the battle for his services, but this photo snapped at a Nike camp in Oregon can't be a bad sign.

As a junior in 2010, Dawson recorded a whopping 113 tackles, including 14 for a loss and five sacks, he forced six fumbles, and also notched an interception. A year before as a 16-year-old sophomore he had 125 tackles and six interceptions, returning three of those for touchdowns.

Kid would be a major land for Strong and company.
