Jarvis Giles no longer with the Louisville football team
Multiple sources, including InsidetheVille.com's Mike Hughes, have confirmed that running back Jarvis Giles is no longer with the Louisville football program. Another source, who I'm related to (winking face), reports that he is still taking classes at U of L.
On the heels of a breakout season from freshman Marcus Lattimore, Giles transferred to Louisville from South Carolina last January. Work ethic was reportedly a persistent issue with the former four-star recruit during the spring.
Giles, who rushed for 277 yards as a freshman at USC, would have been forced to sit out this season per NCAA transfer rules.

I feel robbed of some significant lines of hair-praise.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here
And say that Mike is engaged to be married. There. I said it. Someone had to.
So that's why Giles left
Lots of possibilities here, love triangle gone wrong?

This is how rumors get started on the internet
Next thing we know, Jeff Goodman will promise to buy Mike a wedding gift that will never come…

well, it's already been said that he wasn't dismissed and he's still at UofL
so what does that leave?

about the dumbest thing anyone could do...
with that kind of talent – unless he has other talents (like superior intellect) and a back-up plan since he’s not going to make any pro team now (idk if he had that kind of talent anyway). If he quit, I doubt Charlie would allow him back on the team.

Maybe he took a liking to science.

It's possible,
but if he doesn’t have the intestinal fortitude to follow through with physical endeavors, unless he’s much more intelligent than I (not that difficult, but still), I don’t know that he would in mental ones.

Marcus Lattimore: I just want you to know it's over between us.
Charlie Strong: Well…… bye.
