I'm sure you all have heard about Ryan Harrow and him deciding to transfer from NC State.  Coming out of high school I thought he was the real deal and he had a decent freshman season.  Its said that he is looking at Louisville and Kentucky along with other schools.  With Louisville he will have more talent around him then he had at NC State to where he can take his talents to a different level.  Here is his mixtape.  What do you guys think?  I just feel our luck is about to change for the better in recruitment.
