Big news just came, saw this from Courier Journal's Jody Demling. The 7th ranked recruit in the entire 2011 class, Bria Smith, has just declared for UofL. After committing to Virginia, Bria was granted a release when coach Debbie Ryan retired.
Does this bode well for not only women's basketball, but all sports at UofL? I think so.
Does this bode well for men's recruitment? Obviously.
Does this bring back Rodney Purvis? Without a doubt.
