Johnny Patrick Interview Suggestions

Hey guys, I'm scheduled to interview Johnny Patrick Thursday evening and I was hoping you guys might be able suggest some good questions to ask. I'm not talking about silly questions like "What's your favorite color?" but serious, in-depth questions that only his real fans would know to ask; personal stuff. I'm also interested in any inside info you can give me that I can mention that might surprise or impress him.

Thanks in advance. If I remember, I will post the link when it's up.

I would ask about his switch from WR to Cornerback early in his career.

Also, since I’m sure a good portion of ‘Who Dat’ nation also cheers for LSU, I would ask him about the difference in playing for Steve Kragthorpe vs. Charlie Strong.

I actually got that one.

Excellent suggestion. Thank you so much.

I recently "interviewed" a few football players.

I’m in acting class at UofL with 5 football players this summer. The first 2 classes (3 hours apiece) our only objective was to sit down and talk to everybody else in the class. I got to spend about 15 minutes with each of the football players one-on-one.

We mainly had small-talk about majors, interests, random stuff, but of course I asked questions about Stein/Bridgewater (got interesting feedback) and I asked questions about Krags vs Strong. Nobody really had anything to say about the latter question. If you pick a question like the Krags vs Strong one, be sure you word it “differences” rather than “which one do you like better”. You’ll get a better response. Otherwise, you won’t get much of an answer or they might be a jerk about it (like one particular player who shall remain nameless).

You mad?

He mad.

Seriously though? He was all BEast first time his senior year, saved the bowl game, led the number 12 defense in the country and was a joke?
