As much as I hate the Patriots I think that would be the best spot for him to go because the starting RB right now is Woodhead and Bilal would seemingly be an instant improvement which means he will get legit PT. Plus the passing game will open things up a lot for him.

Ideal: Offseason trade sends Michael Bush (about time!!) to the Pats for woodhead and others/picks, and the pats draft Powell to back him up and provide some burst. Only in my dreams…

Trade for Michael Bush (about time!) and then draft Powell in the 3rd/4th round to back him up and run the wildCARD offense!!
