Hello this is J-Card, a newer member of CC, and I would like to give some reasoning behind my pick for the National Champion.

My National Champion is Butler and I would like to state why. For one they have more experience as a team in the championship, but another stat I have found that is very interesting is that teams that beat 11 seeds in the Final Four have all gone on to win the National Championship. Also VCU was one of the best teams in the tournament, and they won by an average of 12 points per game except for last night, of course. 

Now about the 11 seed winners. LSU the first 11 seed to make the Final Four in 1986 and we beat them on the way to our second National Championship. Then Florida beat George Mason in 2006 for their first National Championship.

Now to the present where we have Butler, who just beat the 11 seed. I think all these things together make for an interesting set of circumstances. Sorry for this being so short but I thought that most of the people here would think it very interesting.
