Sort of. I mean he's in the frame. Winning.

The day is upon us.

This was my first NCAA Tournament experience. I rode down to Birmingham with my family that Friday night to watch us beat Boise State.

Then when they went to bed I found some younger Cards fan to tag along with and we ended up with a bar full of Cardinal fans doing the ole C-A-R-D-S!! CARDS!!!! all night long.
Hung around Saturday and watched WVU beat Duke along with a bunch of other good games and then went out with the same group of friends I’d made the night before and did pretty much the same thing.
The next day on Sunday I was so hung over when we first got to this game. There were a lot of Tennessee fans there, along with a decent amount of Oklahoma fans, who wanted us to lose. It was fun to see us dominate our way to the Sweet16 the way we did in front of all the UT fans who knew what they had coming. A lot of them were shaking their heads as they left early that day. I remember two things about that day through the hang over I was dealing with.
1. Thinking Blake Griffin was overrated.
2. This play from Preston!

Spent a lot of time Friday in the Sheraton bar before the game. Liquid courage to upgrade our seats during halftime.

That was a fun weekend. There were far more Louisville fans in the bars than any other group on both Friday and Saturday night that weekend.

We hopped around to a few different places and it literally felt like we had invaded Birmingham and taken over every bar in the city.

The 2 ways Preston! makes grown men cry:

1: Playing on the opposite team
2: Playing his last game for your favorite team

I remember watching this game on tv

Bill Raftery was calling the game, and after this play happened his partner handed the call over to him: “Blow by, and send it in!”

I hate to be the one to say this...

Especially on Preston! Day, but thats not Blake Griffin. Blake Griffin is number 23, watching in the background. He dunks on #34, who I believe is Cade Davis.

hence "Sort of. I mean he's in the frame."

"Screech, you CAN'T elope!"
"Who are you calling a cantaloupe, you melonhead?"

Nevermind

Just saw that you put “sort of” hahaha. If it makes it any better, we did completely shut him down in this game.
