In late January I posted "Preston Knowles on his way to breaking records?", so I thought that tonight would be fitting considering that he is 24 points shy of becoming UofL's 63rd 1,000 point scorer. Once Preston scores those 24 points, Louisville will become T-1st with North Carolina. I also went on to mention how he could break some records previously set by Taquan Dean and Preston has NOT broken the most 3-point field goals in a game, 3-point field goals attempted in a game, most 3-point field goals in a season, and most 3-point field goals attempted in a season. (PK's stats so far with the capability of breaking are 7, 12, 91, and 234. Taquan's current records are 9, 17, 122, and 275.) With tonight's big game and Preston averaging 16.6 ppg in the last 3 games, I see him becoming a 1,000 career point scorer tonight with a big game and leading the CARDS to a W!
