Jay Bilas takes a look at the Sunday game at the KFC Yum! Center between our Cardinals and the Pitt Panthers. You can read it here: Jay Bilas' Weekend Watch
Or check out the important points below...
Louisville's workhorse: Terrence Jennings. This may be a surprise to some, but Jennings is starting to come along as a player. When he is active and really works, Jennings is very good. Over his past eight games, he is averaging 13 points and six rebounds, and he can really run the floor, block shots and rebound when he is engaged and assertive. Jennings will have to be a presence if Louisville expects to beat Pitt.
I'd like to agree TJ is our workhorse but i honestly do not think we can with this game with him alone. Rock will hopefully be back to his full potential or as close to it. Maybe Rick will give Vanbeast some minutes to play since everyones favorite volleyball player seems to have learned to rebound the ball
Louisville's unsung hero: Peyton Siva is one of the better penetrating guards in the Big East.
We all Agree.......that he completely missed the part where he should have added a bit about how he is also the cutest PG
Louisville is capable of hanging with Pittsburgh on the glass, but it cannot just be Jennings and Rakeem Buckles.
Pointing out the obvious here. I think the obvious point here would be that we need to attack the boards on the offensive end more aggressively.
Who wins: Pittsburgh
I think he made a typo here let me fix it for him
Who wins: Louisville
