We can beat them

Hello Card fans, how have you been. Me, oh nothing much just enjoying this season more that I thought I would.

During my ME time in the shower the other day I thought, we really havn't goteen THAT signature game yet. You know the game every year that Louisville knocks off the top dog in the Big East.

Well, we have beaten Syracuse, UCONN twice, West Viginia, Marquette, but none of them besides Syracuse during the regular season was expected to do well in the Big East, than I realized we still have Pitt to play.

Think about it!

2008 #6 ranked Georgetown was top of the Big East, they got Hibbert, they got Ewing Jr, two of the best players in the league. We hold a white out at Freedom Hall and defeat them from the top of the ranks in Big East. Being the biggest win of our regular season that year. I mean you all remember this....Pitinox_medium

2009 #1 ranked Pitt(coinicdence) comes to Freedom Hall visiting the #20 ranked Cardinals, with dominant Power Forward DeJuan Blair and shooting star Sam Young to face possibly our most talented squad ever. We end up knocking them off, that being our biggest win of the regular season. I mean you all remember this....

2010 #1 Syracuse comes into Freedom Hall  with best player in the Big East Wes Johnson, but at the wrong time, when we honored our 86 team and my main man King Kyle Kuric puts on a show to end one of the most historic places in NCAA venues. We knock the cuse from top of the Big East. I mean you all remember this....

So whats on our plate this year. Ashton Gibbs the most dangerous three point marksman (with Preston!) in the Big East this year along with force Gary McGhee. No problem right, not if history and tradition has anything to say about it, what do you guys think???
