Syracuse thoughts

I think I learned quite a bit about the team today. The jump looks cool.

For starters, Kyle Kuric is coming into his own. What I really liked about him today was how he didn't JUST shoot the trifecta, he took it to the bucket more.

Preston, just another day in the office.

Terrence Jennings has made an epic transformation.

I am not sure TJ really wants to be here. He has shown no dislike to being on the bench.

I was wrong! Here he is, gobbling up the boards, going for 15 and 8, life is good! I really hope he gets a shot in the NBA sooner than later. Now, am I saying I want him to leave, but he should be rewarded. I really believe in him.

Rakeem Buckles will be back. I like how he rebounded, especially considering the fact that he didn't work on anything other than conditioning. He is VERY rusty though. 5 turnovers in 14 minutes. Oh well, he probably hasn't touched a basketball in two months. He is the X-factor for the rest of the season (well, the same can be said for Siva). If he can play alongside TJ and rebound, provide a forward who can stretch the other PF out to the 3 point line, and attack the basket, than we are in good shape.

I like Siva. He is also an X factor. But, I don't feel like going into details. Pretty much Sosa'd disease=bad, new Siv=good.

The bench played fairly well outside of George Goode. He took 3 terrible attempts in crunch time. They were goode shots (rimshot) but he did not make any of them and gave them a goode opportunity to come back and score. It was the opposite of fantabulous.

Overall, loved the game, and especially the new motion. I've played in that O before, and if executed properly, it gets a lot of layups. It was refreshing to see we knew what we were doing on offense.

GO CARDS.
